Welcome to My Special Needs Network! I am Pam Brogdon and do a weekly blog on the network. I read with interest your comments about why you are passionate about special needs. I am a former Director of Special Education for a school district in SC. I, too, am very passionate about making sure "our" children's needs are met and the "playing field" or classroom is "level". You are so right; most teachers do not understand how children learn and especially, that although children learn differently, that does not mean that they cannot learn! I would love to do a blog on this.....any issues that are highlighted for you right now? Let's work together to bring awareness and change ! Look forward to hearing from you! ppb482@gmail.com . Have a great day. Pam Brogdon
