Hi Susan,
I don't think it is out-of-line for you to invite all therapists to get together (maybe at his next IEP?) to get on the same page. Be up front and tell them that you feel everyone is on a different page and you want the goals and therapy to be unified and in-line, asking for them to work as a team towards the ultimate goal which is to help your son! Sometimes, egos need to be left at the door and even therapists need to reminded that they are unified in one purpose-which is to help your son. Hope that helps.
