- This is why I am passionate about special needs.
- First and foremost, I am a parent of a child with an autism spectrum disorder. I am also a teacher, and my experiences parenting all 3 of my young children has lent so much insight to my work with children.

- I would love to hear about ideas for meeting the communication and sensory needs of my child at home, learn of new resources I can use in my work with children of varying abilities in the school I work in, and chat with other parents who have experiences similar to mine.
