With increasing class sizes, some as many as 30-40 students, are there space saver tips for room design?

These Study-Rite Carrels are great when spatial boundary issues are a problem for a student and/or are perfect privacy and testing concerns.   They  breakdown easily for convenient folding and storage when not in use:

Joe, a fourth grade teacher shared a photo of a rock climbing wall that was installed to help kids focus during class. Great improvements in concentration. Heavy Work...ROCKS!!! See blog posted on this site August 2, 2010.
