Need your input!

Where I live there is no help for disabled children or adults, there is no centers for them to go to,nothing! Until a woman decided to open up a place for disabled children and adults. This place is amazing,they are open everyday from 8-5 they have a van that picks up anyone who wants to come, they have different activities for them the community comes and volunteers and helps out anyway they can. The building is owned by a preacher, one building is the church, it use to also be a private school. They have a 3 seperate buildings and one woman decided to open up a place for these kids and adults,government funded. She had to go by the guidlines that the government gave. It can only be a certain amount of people in there,and no one can stay over night ect.. However, the women just found out that the preacher has been letting people stay in the building all night, they are not disabled or homeless, no idea who they are. The woman confronted the preacher,and told him that he could make them loose this place,and the preacher wants to close it down anyway and open up a place for people to stay the night or nights and must pay for there stay. I am beside myself and I dont understand how a preacher can do this to these kids and adults. Im not sure what to do about the situation, does anyone have any suggestions??!!
